Preventing and Overcoming Burnout

The 60 minute session will be a blend of anonymous polls, videos, activities and chat engagement and will cover:
– What is burnout?
– Is burnout preventable? If so, how can we do this and why is it so common?
– Stress vs Stressors (and how to address them both)
– Ways to thrive, not just survive in this VUCA world
It’ll also be an opportunity to connect with others and share tips and tools with each other. You’ll also receive a handout and additional tools to share with your community.
