Moving into Wellbeing

An event every week that begins at 11:00 am on Tuesday, repeating until December 31, 2023
If you are wanting to get moving again; if you are a little creaky around the joints or hoping to find muscles you never knew you had, come and join our ‘Moving into Wellbeing’ group. You will get a very warm welcome, and a gentle chair based introduction into movement exercises at a pace you can cope with.
