It’s a Playground – It’s a State of Mind (mindset workshop)

Our top tips to increase mental fitness through 5 simple mindset exercises

This interactive, evidence-based workshop will cover the importance of working on our mental fitness and exploring and leaning into a positive, growth mindset.

Attendees will have the chance to explore the impact of their mindset on their health and wellbeing as well as be introduced to some helpful tools and tips to build up their mental fitness and cultivate an “It’s a Playground” mindset.

A healthy mindset has been shown to increase our ability to have meaningful relationships, make good life choices, maintain physical health and wellbeing, handle the natural ups and downs of life, develop positive and sustainable coping mechanisms, stop mental health issues developing or worsening and to generally improve the quality of our lives.

Mental Fitness Trainer and IAP Founder Laura Rigden will provide insights and practical tools underpinned by neuroscience, CBT and positive psychology that will inspire and empower attendees to live their best life and continue to cultivate their own “playground”. All attendees will be offered access to a digital handbook to access additional tools and resources to enhance their learning.
